Goal: Know where everything lives so you can draft, optimize, localize, and share fast. Time: ~2 minutes
Where things live
Dashboard
Start here for a quick pulse. You’ll see What’s New, your most recent Projects and Reports, and handy shortcuts. If you’re returning to a task, the Dashboard gets you back in one click.
My Projects
Each Project represents one child ASIN. This keeps variants clean and prevents keyword bleed. From here you can Create, Import, Clone, Translate, Share, or Export. Open Project Settings to choose counters (characters or bytes), set caps, and toggle Enforcement ON/OFF so you never exceed marketplace limits while typing.
Editor (TFSD)
This is where you write. TFSD stands for Title • Features • Search terms (Backend) • Description. As you type, live coverage colors guide you: Green means the exact phrase is present; Yellow means all words are present in natural order. Brand-aware AI assists can draft or refine copy in your voice—use them to beat the blank page, then edit to taste.
Keywords
Your keyword home is a spreadsheet-style set of Lists, including Negative Phrase and Negative Exact. Toggle the Eye to hide terms already used in TFSD so you can focus on gaps. Use Smart Copy to grab Unused Single Words, then run them through Swiss Army Knife to clean, dedupe, and join—perfect for compact, high-signal Backend terms.
My Reports
Use ASIN Report for an instant health check. It gives you a Grade and Top Fixes sorted by impact, so you know exactly what to do first. Keyword Report shows scored coverage and priorities. From any report, click Optimize Listing to spin up a new Project with an improved TFSD draft you can polish and ship. Share report links with stakeholders; agencies can apply white-label branding where available.
Settings
Under Brand, set voice, audience, and avoid-words, and connect marketplaces for Catalog Import. Under Account & Billing, manage email, plans, invoices, refunds, and see our BYOK policy.
Pick a path and go
Draft from scratch. Create a Project, open the Editor, use AI assists for a first pass, finish the Backend with the Eye → Smart Copy → Swiss Army Knife flow, then Export for Seller Central.
Fix a live listing fast. Run an ASIN Report, apply the top one or two fixes, hit Optimize Listing to create a new Project, polish the Title and Feature 1 in the Editor, then Export.
Localize a best-seller. Translate your source Project to the target market, switch counters to bytes if needed, turn Enforcement ON, adjust negatives and TFSD for local wording, validate, then export.
Pro tips
Put the root early in the Title. Lead with the main keyword and one key attribute so mobile shoppers see it immediately. Use the Backend recipe. Eye on → Smart Copy (Unused Single Words) → Swiss Army Knife → paste as space-separated words (no commas). Don’t chase 100% Green. Natural, readable copy wins; Yellow is often exactly what you want outside the Title. Rotate share links after hand-off. Unshare → to revoke old access and keep control.
